Welcome to EventAura! By using our website and event planning services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding.

Service Agreement

By engaging EventAura for event planning services, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your event requirements and cooperate with us throughout the planning process. Our services include but are not limited to event design, coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution.

Payment Terms

We offer three main event planning packages: Essentials Package ($800), Deluxe Package ($1,800), and Luxury Package ($3,000). Payment for services is due upon acceptance of the service agreement. We may require a deposit to secure our services, with the balance due prior to the event date. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of planning at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timeline and services already rendered. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Vendor Contracts

EventAura works with third-party vendors to provide certain services such as catering, photography, and entertainment. We are not responsible for the actions or quality of services provided by these vendors. However, we will facilitate vendor agreements and ensure coordination for your event's success.

Liability

While we strive to make every event flawless, EventAura is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, vendor cancellations, or unforeseen issues. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.
